Vice President, Frederick McDowell, is featured in the winter issue of the Spinal Column, a publication of the renowned spindle recovery hospital Shepherd Spindle Center which is located in the metro Atlanta area. The nine month journey of his recovery from a devastating brain stem injury and his personal and professional struggles over the next twenty three years is shared.
