• Excels in navigating zoning restrictions, codes and laws with insight and good judgment. Including more than 20 years extensive experience with ADA environments.

• Excellent space planning, attention to detail, and successful integration of the design with appropriate structural and MEP systems.

• Described as an innovative problem-solver, with an approach to design solutions that is keenly sensitive to the Client’s needs and desires.

• Well versed in current construction techniques and procedures, advances in materials technology and product innovations, all skills necessary for accurate, complete construction documentation.

• In-depth understanding of AutoCAD, Microstation, and various other computer applications which heightens her resource management and production skills.

• Demonstrated successful staff management through challenging, complicated and demanding projects to successful completion.

Frederick McDowell is the Construction Manager
with over 35 years of experience.

• Experienced with construction defect analysis investigations of building performance problems to determine their cause, develop recommendations for solutions and defend findings and recommendations in mediation, arbitration, or litigation proceedings.

• Life time of impressive experiences in the construction industry. Well equipped to supervise a variety of projects at any phase of the work.

• Developed skills of precision and accuracy as a land surveyor, while engaged in all aspects of the work from boundary, topographic and mapping, to cave and mine surveying.

• As a Construction Chief Engineer on a variety of complex high, mid and low rise projects, including bridge construction; he demonstrated the same attention to precision and detail that won him the highest respect and admiration of superiors, co-workers and clients.

• Senior portion of his career with the State of Georgia in the Construction Division as Quality Assurance System Manager and Manager of the Construction Complaints Department.

• Author of the State’s Construction Inspection Procedures.
